So, in order to buy my allergy medication (Zyrtec-D) I had to give up all the information necessary for identity theft.
They punched in my name, address, date of birth, Driver License number, and expiration date. Everything except my Social Security number, which someone who stole this information could get it.
How secure is this database? Will I be receiving yet ANOTHER one of those “We lost our data backup tapes, but here’s three free months of privacy guard” letters?
